Concealed Home Cinema System with central controls
This project saw home technology installation specialists, Output AV, briefed with installing a cinema system and wireless network throughout a client's house that was renovating. The client was looking to install a centralised system in a utility room cabinet and had requested that they wanted as little of the home cinema system be visible as possible.
As this project involved incorporating the home cinema into the client's regular living space, it was essential that the projector and screen could hide away when not being used. Cue the Pure Theatre projector Lift and motorised screen. Output AV recommended Pure Theatre products to their client as they had successfully installed them on previous projects
“We recommended Pure Theatre products because they are good value and as we know the product we know they are easy to install”
The projection comes from the Epson EH-TW9400 which is one of our personal favourites here at Pure Theatre. The 4K Enhancement technology in this projector creates a stunning image that will rival native 4K projectors but for under £3k. Teamed with our most popular projector lift, the CR50 to hide it away when not in use. The size of the room allowed for a CR260 projector screen which at 113" certainly makes the most out of the Epsons' brilliant picture quality.
Installing a Marantz AV receiver in the AV rack in the utility cupboard meant that all of the client's kits were hidden away. This becomes the hub of the home so the projector can be used for everything a TV would traditionally be used for. More importantly, all of those wires are out of the living room creating the centralised system the client was after.
The result is a sleek living room free from wires and unsightly boxes which can transform into a home cinema at the click of a button.
Great install by Output AV!
