Returns and Cancellations
Other Products purchased online
- Pure Theatre operates a 28 day returns policy for any goods purchased online. During this time you may return goods for whatever reason as long as they are in their original condition.
To return goods
- Please email orders@puretheatre.com informing us that you will be returning the goods.
- Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us at
- For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 GBP.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
- As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item" s normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
Delivery and Availability
- Pure Theatre cannot guarantee that all the items on the online shop will remain available indefinitely. However, every effort will be made to maintain continuity of supply.
